1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following expressions carry the meanings assigned to them below unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the 666bd website accessible at https://666bd.bar and all associated mobile-optimised interfaces, pages, and tools operated under that domain.
• "666bd", "we", "us", and "our" refer to the operator of the 666bd Platform.
• "Player", "you", and "your" refer to any individual who has registered a 666bd account or who accesses the Platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the personal account opened by a Player upon successful registration on the Platform.
• "Balance" means the total amount of real-money funds held in a Player's Account at any given time, expressed in BDT.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free spins value, or matched deposit amounts credited to a Player's Account under a promotional offer, which are subject to separate wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• "Wager" or "Bet" means any real-money stake placed by a Player on a sporting event, casino game, or any other product available on the Platform.

2 Acceptance of Terms

3.3 Registration Process

You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information when registering your Account, including your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address, phone number, and preferred payment method. You agree to update this information promptly if it changes. 666bd is not responsible for any consequences arising from a Player's failure to provide or maintain accurate account information.

3.4 One Account Rule

Each individual is permitted to hold only one active Account on the 666bd Platform. Opening more than one Account — whether under the same name, different names, the same device, the same payment method, or the same IP address — is strictly prohibited. 666bd uses technical and manual verification tools to detect duplicate accounts. All duplicate accounts, together with any associated balances and bonuses, will be suspended and forfeited upon detection.

4 Account Management

4.1 Account Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your Account credentials — including your username, password, and any one-time authentication codes — confidential and secure. You must not share your login details with any third party under any circumstances. 666bd will never request your password via email, chat, telephone, or any other channel. Any activity that occurs on your Account before a security breach is reported to 666bd support will be treated as authorised by you.

4.2 Account Verification (KYC)

666bd reserves the right to conduct identity verification at registration, before processing withdrawal requests, or at any point where suspicious activity is detected. Documents that may be requested include:

• Government-issued photo identification (NID, passport, or driving licence);
• Proof of residential address (utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence dated within 90 days);
• Proof of payment method ownership (screenshot of mobile banking wallet or card statement).

Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within the timeframe specified by 666bd may result in temporary suspension of withdrawal capabilities or Account closure.

4.3 Account Closure

You may request voluntary closure of your 666bd Account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (net of any bonus funds subject to wagering requirements) will be returned to your registered payment method within 3–5 business days. 666bd reserves the right to close or suspend any Account at its sole discretion, particularly where there is evidence of a breach of these Terms & Conditions, suspected fraudulent activity, or regulatory obligation.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Supported Payment Methods

666bd currently supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods for players in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, and Dutch-Bangla Bank. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). 666bd does not impose any fees on deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.

5.2 Deposit Conditions

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Deposits are typically credited to your Account within minutes of the transaction being confirmed by the payment provider. 666bd is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processing infrastructure, network outages, or bank processing schedules outside our control.

5.3 Withdrawal Conditions

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are processed within 15 to 30 minutes under normal operating conditions. Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method that has previously been used to deposit funds into the same Account (the "same-method rule"), subject to KYC verification. Withdrawal requests submitted outside Bangladesh Standard Time business hours may take longer to process. 666bd reserves the right to delay processing a withdrawal if KYC documentation remains outstanding or if the withdrawal triggers an internal risk review.

5.4 Prohibited Transactions

You may not use the Platform for any financial transactions unrelated to genuine betting activity. Depositing funds and withdrawing without placing wagers — sometimes referred to as "money laundering through gaming" — is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate Account suspension and referral to appropriate authorities.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

All promotional offers and bonuses provided by 666bd are subject to specific terms published alongside each promotion. Where no specific promotion terms are stated, the following general conditions apply:

• Bonuses are available to verified players aged 21 and above only;
• Each promotion may be claimed once per player, household, IP address, device, or payment method;
• Bonus funds and any winnings derived from them are subject to a minimum wagering requirement of 20x the bonus amount before withdrawal, unless a promotion's specific terms state otherwise;
• Bonus funds expire 30 days after being credited to an Account if the wagering requirement has not been met;

6.2 Abuse of Promotions

Any attempt to abuse the bonus system — including but not limited to opening multiple accounts to claim a promotion multiple times, using technical exploits, or engaging in low-risk wagering strategies designed to satisfy wagering requirements without genuine betting activity — will result in the cancellation of all associated bonus funds, reversal of any resulting winnings, and potential permanent Account suspension.

7 Betting Rules

7.1 Placement of Bets

A wager is considered final and binding once the Platform has confirmed its acceptance and a bet reference number has been issued. You are responsible for verifying the details of any wager — including the event, market, selection, odds, and stake — before confirming placement. 666bd is not obligated to reverse a correctly accepted wager on the grounds of a player's error.

7.2 Odds & Market Errors

In the event that a manifest error in odds, lines, or market data is published on the Platform — whether due to human error, data feed malfunction, or technical fault — 666bd reserves the right to void any wagers placed at the erroneous price and to restate the correct price. Players will be notified of such voidings and their stakes returned. 666bd's decision in such matters is final.

7.3 Event Cancellation & Postponement

If a sporting event for which a wager has been placed is cancelled, abandoned, or postponed beyond the permitted rescheduling window (typically 24 hours from the original BST kick-off or start time), all affected bets will be voided and stakes returned to the relevant Account Balances. For events that are rescheduled and commence within the permitted window, bets will generally remain valid unless the specific sport's rules state otherwise.

7.4 Maximum Winnings

666bd reserves the right to apply maximum single-event and accumulator payout limits across its sportsbook. Current limits are displayed within the relevant betting markets and may be updated periodically. Any winnings that exceed the stated payout limit will be paid out at the stated maximum; the excess will be forfeited.

8 Casino & Games

The 666bd Casino section hosts live dealer tables and virtual games supplied by third-party providers including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. 10 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 666bd Platform. Any Player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will face immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Balance and Bonus Funds, and where applicable, referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Opening or using more than one Account;
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information;
• Using automated betting bots, scripts, or software to place wagers;
• Engaging in match-fixing, insider betting, or any form of sports manipulation;
• Colluding with other players or dealers to gain an unfair advantage in any game;
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or display malfunctions in any game or market;

• Allowing any third party to access or operate your Account on your behalf;

11 Intellectual Property

All content on the 666bd Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, software, and the overall look and feel of the Platform — is the property of 666bd or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial betting and gaming activity in accordance with these Terms & Conditions. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without prior written consent from 666bd.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 666bd and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and technology partners shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or anticipated savings;
• Any indirect, consequential, special, incidental, or punitive damages;
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of access to the Platform;
• Any errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in odds, game outcomes, or market data;
• Any losses arising from a Player's failure to comply with these Terms & Conditions;
• Any third-party acts, including payment provider failures, game provider outages, or network infrastructure interruptions.

Where liability cannot be excluded by law, 666bd's total cumulative liability to any Player in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player into their Account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

13 Privacy & Data

666bd collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of this agreement. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy. Your data is used to operate your Account, process transactions, comply with KYC and anti-money laundering obligations, and where you have opted in, to send you promotional communications.

14 Amendments to These Terms

666bd reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to Players via a notification on the Platform or by email to the address registered with your Account. Amendments take effect 14 days after the date of notification, or immediately where required by law or to address a security concern.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with an amendment, you must cease using the Platform and close your Account before the effective date of the change.

15 Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the operator's jurisdiction of incorporation. In the event of a dispute arising from or in connection with your use of the 666bd Platform, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting 666bd support at [email protected].

If an informal resolution cannot be reached within 30 days of the initial complaint, either party may pursue the matter through the applicable formal dispute resolution channels. 666bd's internal dispute resolution decisions are made within 14 days of receiving a formal complaint and are communicated to the Player in writing.
